WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping times and methods may vary depending on the item. Please refer to the shipping details listed on each product page for specific information.

Our most popular items are shipped from Canada via standard Canada Post rates, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 3–7 business days. Other items are shipped via our partners in China using Free Economy Shipping, with estimated delivery times of 10–15 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD, regardless of the shipping origin.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the local delivery carrier. Please note that it is normal for the tracking status to display “Delivery Partner Awaiting Package” until your order arrives in your country and is scanned into the local system.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been installed or used. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re eager to work with you to find a solution to address the issue.
