WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Our most popular items are shipped from Canada within 0–1 business days using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 3–7 business days. Other items are fulfilled by our partners in China using Free Economy Shipping, with estimated delivery times of 10–15 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, regardless of the shipping origin.​

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the local delivery carrier. Please note that it is normal for the tracking status to display “Delivery Partner Awaiting Package” until your order arrives in your country and is scanned into the local system.​​
